HM Courts Service
Her Majesty's Courts Service (HMCS) is an executive agency of the Department for Constitutional Affairs (DCA). Their remit is to deliver justice effectively and efficiently to the public. They are responsible for managing the magistrates' courts, the Crown Court, county courts, the High Court and Court of Appeal in England and Wales

The new operating name for the Solicitors Pro Bono Group (SPBG).  They are an independent charity who support, promote and encourage a commitment to pro bono across the solicitors' profession. They aim to increase the delivery of free legal advice to individuals and communities in need.  They do not give legal advice themselves.

They look after legal aid in England and Wales. They provide information, advice and legal representation to help about people each year get access to justice.

EuroConsumer 
UK European Consumer Centre, the UK contact point for consumers with a cross-border consumer query. Advice and information on your rights as a consumer in the European Union.  They can assist you with problems concerning goods and services purchased in the EU. The UK service is funded jointly by the DTI and the European Commission.

energywatch
energywatch is the independent gas and electricity watchdog. Set up in November 2000 through the Utility Act to protect and promote the interests of all gas and electricity consumers.  They provide free, impartial information and advice and take up complaints on behalf of consumers who are experiencing difficulty in resolving problems directly with their energy companies.  Check out their leaflets on a number of energy related issues  energywatch leaflets
