Welcome to the webpages of the Student Advice Centre. We hope that the information contained on this site is both informative and useful to you during your time here at NewcastleUniversity. During your time at Newcastle University you may find that not everything runs smoothly and so you may need to seek help to sort out your concerns.
The Students Union and the University recognises that this happens from time to time, and so supports the Student Advice Centre. We are an independent advice service for students and have strict rules regarding the confidentiality of student contact.
Our service is available to any student who has an issue that needs resolving. No one is excluded. We even include pre-entry students and former students (for up to one year after they have finished their course).
The Student Advice Centre is situated on the first floor of the Union Building, near to SCAN (Student Community Action Newcastle). We are directly opposite the lift. The Union Building is on Kings Walk and is referenced as building number 30 on the University campus map.
